Help Finding a Game

Alow, i used to own this game, called somethink like Illegal Street Racing, or Street Legal Racing, its about 5 years old, and u could take ur car apart, customizing it etc, also when u hit a wall etc it parts would fall off, and u would have to get a life ome, and u could drive to the mod shop and buy parts, then go back to ur garge and put them on... bt i lost this game, does anyone know of the name, or even wat i am talkin about?:(
