Fake Gba games!!!!!

Ive started this thread because i am wondering what your experiences are with them and maybe that you actually bought one by mistake. There is a lot of them on ebay mainly pokemon and mario...

I bought a fake GBA game called Pokemon ChaosBlack from a friend, I knew it was fake but I wanted a laugh. (He only charged me 50p, something like that).

Pokemon like Mewthree X, lmao. The sprites were drawn excellently, but really the game blows.

Anyone else?

didn't know about fake GBA games.......i don't normaly buy GBA games that much, normaly download them and use the emulator

i bought a fake mario golf when i first got my gba. i didnt know it was fake at the time but i do know... oh well. (-:

idk about GBA games but my friends once bought a Pokemon Gold game abroad which was foreign obviously. But it also had a black cartridge and wasn't anything like the actual game. We laughed at him.

Yea, best to avoid these dodgy cheap foreign imports. I remember Nintendo used to say "look for Nintendos Seal of Approval"!

Some fake games have the seal of aproval, the counterfieters just get the picture off google. Except you can tell its fake cause of the poor printing quality.(-:

If you can put fake games on the GBA do you think you could put all the old NES game on them, I would pay for that

Though i think maybe you can allready do it though dont take my word for it- i know you can get a memory type thing for the gba on tinternet, maybe somehow if you can put games on to it (emulator maybe) you might have yourself a portable nes!!!Who knows... Though im not a technical person so i might well be wrong. Im sure someone can correct me!(-:

I cant understand why Nintendo don't bring out a portable NES, they clearly can do it and most people would buy it, to them it would be like money for old rope.

Oh i've seen versions of "Pokemon Silver" or "Pokemon Gold" in GBA Version, I Think it's called "Pokemon Shining Gold" or "Pokemon orange island" (islas naranja)... They might be fake, but you still can trade with FireRed and Leafgreen... they are ver useful for getting Jhoto pokemons, specially those hard to get as Cyndaquil, Totodile and Chicorita... also red-gyarados and scisor... But you can't finish the game, you get stuck with messages like: "Oh, this is all there is in this game, please wait to get the lastest release of this game"

I ended up with 2 fake games from Ebay. I didn't realise they were fake until one crashed and I then got suspicious. Both carts are slightly longer than genuine ones but other than that it was hard to spot they were fake. I emailed Nintendo about it but they never replied so they obviously don't care too much.

Bought pokemon Shinygold. That's how I got the jhoto starters. lol
