First Handheld Gaming Device

What was everyone's very first handheld gaming device? For me, it was the ORIGINAL Gameboy. You know...the big, gray antique. Yeah, that's right. That thing. :p

Well, that depends what you mean. I did have a few of those handheld games that only had one game. But my first handheld device where I could change the games was a Gameboy. I love Tetris, but who didn't? Sometimes I still play it.

Tetris was a great Gameboy game. It's still going now it's on the DS and it gets a high rating.

I had one Pokemon. Was probably either the Blue or Red one. Don't remember. Friends and I switched so I cannot remember which one was actually mine.

I remember getting it taken up from me at school, but I used to play it all the time. I would play against my dad, play people at school. I probably played it 12 hours a day.

Mine was a gameboy color and pokemon blue. =D It was green and I loved it. I kept losing the back though. =P We spent AGES trying to work out how to get out the house on the game though.

I had that handheld. I was thining of that or Zap but couldn't figure out which was earlier. I had another football one too. I remember on offense you had 3 guys. On running plays two were blockers and one was the runner. On pass plays you had one blocker, one receiver and the qb.

Now that is the good ole' days of hand helds! :eek:

Game Boy Pocket with Pokemon Red and Donkey Kong, like I said above on my previous gamer_thing profile. I still blame the french to this day for my Game Boy diasppearing...:D :D :D
