To be honest, anime RPG games are very limited so i would suggest just asking for a good RPG. :)

Well there's a lot of RPG games out there but to be exact
all i can suggest bout an RPG Anime game is RAGNAROK.
Try it and be sure you will love it.

well there not anime rpgs but they do have anime graphics sooo
Phantasy Star Universe - Ambition of the Illuminus is lots of fun, (i played offline only)
Ys The Oath In Felghana or Ys origin is a action rpg
The ruins of the lost kingdom, action rpg again (freeware too ^^)
Grandia 2 is a ok rpg, i finished the game, so it must have been quite fun, but i just cant remenber, played it like 5 years ago.
Chantelise is ok.
Gurumin on pc is alright if u dont have psp
Aquaria isnt rly a rpg but still fun

If you like anime games don't miss Dragon Ball Online that should be released in Korea this year and next year in Japan... Don't know when its going to be released in other countries but I am buying it when it does...
