Hi all,

I'm currently looking for two games for the pc. The first is a strategic army game and the other a naval one.
The army game i would prefer to be able to command individual characters and groups as a whole, for example set up ambushes with different characters carrying out different roles.
and for the naval game i'm interested in a game where i can command a fleet of warships carrying out major sea battle.

I haven't been playing pc games for a few years now but wish to get back into it. This is the reason for the question as i dont know of any good games that have been released.

When i used to play on the pc my favorite game was civilisation thats how long ago ive stopped playing.

i have a fairly up to date pc and its running with windows xp.

Hope one of you could help as theres lots of games to choose from but non stand out.

Thanks

Company of heroes is a really really good quality game well worth the buck.

a alrght looking one was called: Modern Naval Battles. WWII at sea. its look good but google it and read some reviews before you buy it!

i actually preferred Star Wars: Empire At War. But then again, I'm not a huge fan of RTS games to start with anyway.

Rome is turn based, and the best of any strategy game, but empire at war is good
