i've no idea what the director's cut includes, but i think you should just get whatever's cheaper, coz i don't think this game is very good.
if the director's cut allows you to f*** the cutscenes and skip them, then possibly get it. coz i bet you'll get fed up of the cutscenes like i did.

According to IGN, the director's cut includes:
'-Assassin's Creed: Director’s Cut Edition features four brand new exclusive types of investigations, thus providing even more ways for players to explore the various locations of the Third Crusade.'
Hope that helps you.

yes....ty....but i already knew about the 4 new investigations thingy...but what I was a bit more puzzled about was the way you bought it....maybe the Director's Cut is the downloadable version and the normal Assassin's Creed is the buyable version? but why would they make a downloadable version better than a buyable version...I'm puzzled...Or maybe the Director's cut is simply the PC version name and the normal Assassin's Creed is the name for the other concoles version (ps3, xbox360)....
Any help on this would be appreciated!

Oh....I think ive figured it out....Im 68% sure (lol....that was precise) that the Director's cut edition is simply the PC edition! and that all other normal Assassin's Creed games are for Ps3 and Xbox 360!....so basically i think the director's cut is simply the name for the PC game...
Anybody who knows for sure please tell me if my theory is right...
