i think you need a wireless gaming receiver: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Wireless-Gaming-Receiver-Windows/dp/B000HZFCT2
alternatively, if you're going to get another controller sooner or later, get a wired one. you can plug wired X360 controllers straight into the USB of your PC. i use the wired one for PC.

how does having to purchase a wireless receiver make using wireless controller easier?
if anything, it should be that the wired one is easier because you simply plug the X360 controller into the USB port and it works almost straight away. i've used it for GTA: San Andreas on my PC.

haha, loads of kids play GTA games. i think 15 or over should be alright to play most of the GTA games. they might be rude, but as teenagers, you can't be sheltered from all the "influence" from other stuff like TV, internet, even comics. There's mature content in loads of places. i don't think a game would hurt. the way i see it, is that this is a fun game, but i'd never want to do the stuff that's shown in the game.
i think the game's quite educational in ways. there's some stuff i didn't know about before to do with crime.

educational?? haha. that would be a great thing to tell mum if she saw me playing gta..... and obviously theres nothing wrong with it because we year all the stuff that goes on in it anyway, in some ways its actually better to play it

indeed. i'd like to go to New York one day just to see how different or even accurate GTA4 is with a portrayal of the city.

lol, moving back on topic however, I've got several USB PC Controllers I use, not sure of the models, mostly resemble PS2 and Xbox controllers - I've also got the Wireless Reciever so I often use my Xbox 360 controller on my PC.
Plus I've got a whole plastic container of old Gameport controllers - mainly from TRUST since I think they made some pretty awesome ones. There's tons of Joysticks and about 5 Gameport gamepads, all Sight Fighter Plus'.
