Will this pc run Supreme commander?

I am about to buy a pc with the following spec and wondered if I could run Supreme Commander on it with out any lag? If not, what would I need to upgrade to do so.?.thanks a lot

Yeah I think your PC should be able to run it. I checked out your graphics card as well and it has the specifications required.

Minimum system requirements for Supreme Commander:

ya the 8600gt is a great card since im quite into pc gaming, but if ur not really into pc gaming its kind of an overkill, something like a 8400gs 256mb or 7600gt 256mb would be a good card for basic gaming needs, and a good place would be ebay.com or nvidia.com or even ur local pc store

It will run on that PC on probably low/medium settings depending on the screen resolution. I would definitely try to invest in a graphics card upgrade if possible though.
