Yellow, I guess. Really, I've only played Yellow and Crystal, so it's not like I have a big selection to pick a favorite from. I didn't play Crystal as much as Yellow so that's why I'm counting Yellow as my favorite.

Yeah! I'd say Silver/Gold too. I loved that it was real time, and certain things were on certain days and so on.

Yeah, Green was a Japanese release only. Since they didn't get Pokemon Blue.

That's why the GBA remakes are FireRed (on PKMN Red) and LeafGreen (on PKMN Green)

Anyway, my favourite Pokemon game is Pokemon Red/Blue on GB. The only thing I really don't like about the original Pokemon that the other newer games have is the item system, the new backpack system is easy to use and find all your stuff (how the **** do you fit a bike in your bag? :p ), but in R/B/Y you have a long item list. Pain in the ass to find the items you want.

What about the oddball games that come out under Pokemon. Such as the two Pokemon Pinball games (the original and the Sapphire and Ruby version), and other ones like Puzzle Challenge on GBC (or something like that) and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red (since that was the version released on GBA).

love all pokemon games the same. Picking a favourite from each generation would be a bit easier so here goes;

Red/Blue/Yellow - Red
Silver/Gold/Crystal - Silver
Ruby/Saphire/Emerald - Saphire (I preferred kyogre)
Diamond/Pearl - Diamond

Didn't like stadium too much but love Coliseum and XD although XD ruined my life for a while;)

Would have to be Gold/Silver for me, as after the joy that was playing Red/Blue I never imagined that the next game could make such a large step up, but it blew me away and from that moment on I was hooked on the series!
