Now, I know some of you had to play this game... I use to spend hours playing against people online. I havent gotten the latest one yet, but my favorite thing to do was, Pick a sniper, lay down, and sing to myself before I shot someone lol

I too love war based games. Compared to Battle field I like Call of Duty. Yeah the mission's had nail biting finishes :eek:

It is a great game... I was really addicted to this game for about 6 months, but then I got into Wolfenstine Enemy Territory... It is not as complicated as BF1942 but it is faster paced and has less lag.

i have tried these types of games, but really just dont like them...i'm waiting for a game like this that will change my mind...i guess i'm more suited for one on one kind of FPS games...

Bleh... you probably just didn't find a good server. Go over to www.daveandbusters.net and give it another shot.


They have some great maps and a great userbase. ;)

You should... that is my favorite server. I was a high ranking admin on it during the height of my ET playing days. ;)

try battlefield vietnam (its a kind of a sequel to BF1942, and is based on the vietnam war)

:D

if u dont have the latest graphics and min. of 512mb of ram, the game will probably lag.
