Well I think it is okay even though it is overrated, more than half the games on it are copied from the PS1 & PS2 and the Movies absolutly sucked!!

Yeah there's loads of good games but the movies really suck. Who's going to pay £20 to watch Alien on there PSP when you could get all 4 DVD's for that price

I voted "I don't really care" for a couple of reasons:

-I don't have a PSP, but I HAVE used them before
-I am a techy, I can't hate that screen...
-You can install Linux on the PSP and run a web server... that would be cool...
-You can run old Legacy PC games on the PSP Via Emulation (Space Quest Anyone?) And they look great...
-It's coming down in price (hells yes)

Now I don't plan on buying one, but I wouldn't say it's a bad waste of money (if you're a techy or have lots of cash to splode)

I play my PSP more than I play my DS because there doesnt seem to be any good looking games getting released on the DS in a long while.

*Smirks* well laying your hands on it first time especially the japanese model was quite interesting. The games weren't bad starting off. But it is definitely way too overrated. All this fuss about downgrading and storing emulators on is really getting boring...fast. No one is really bothered that much al in all it's a great handheld.

The PSP is and excellent system. The only reason the movies suck is that you buy them. Just use limewire and Download them. Plus its called a Playstation Portable, no **** games are going to be copied from the Playstation 1 and 2. Its also an MP3 player and can access the internet.

Here are some, according to me:

Good Points:

1. Has a beautiful LCD screen.
2. Graphics are definately a leap ahead, and are the best graphics on a handheld so far.
3. Some good quality games (GTA, Loco Roco, Killzone etc.)
4. First Multimedia Handheld game console, and boy does is that a selling point.

Bad Points:

1. Console is glossy, therefore very, very un-smudge proof.
2. Battery Life is poor, especially when the highest light setting makes the colours stand out more.
3. No internal memory.
4. Not as good quality games that Nintendo DS does have, this point may contradict my Good Point, but I am saying that the good games on PSP are rather 30% of the titles out.

I really dont agree on some of your points , yes it does smudge easy but I have no problems getting them of, I like most of the games out on the psp well like 50%. A bad point is yes its battery point does run out quick and its a little expensive. Its also extremly fragile you can drop a ds by accendent and most of the time it dont break but not with a psp it breaks really easily.
