now my psp has gone a browny colour not blue like it should be. whats that all about

Is the background brown? That's the wallpaper (it changes colour from month to month). I'm not sure which month is blue (might be August or September).

Was your PSP first generation? If so it might have been yet another bug.

It's just the wallpaper alternation! You should read the instructions booklet! See ya!:D
