I just downloaded this one recently... I read about it in a magazine article.
Supposedly it is a game developed by the US Army in order to encourage more recruitment. The game is super super accurate to real life combat... and is alot of fun.
I am going to be playing it later tonight, so I'll tell you what I think. But I figured I would post here to allow some open discussion. :)

i downloaded it a while back...i played it but really didnt have the time to put into it, so i deleted it...before you can play with other people online, you have to go through a mandatory "training" which takes forever...

Yea... the training is kind of funny too... If you become a medic they teach you how to perform CPR in real life... which has absolutely no use in the real game.

haha, imagine in a firefight, you (a medic) trying to give cpr to a guy and a sniper caps you in the dome, haha :)

Yea... well you really can't do it like they show you in training. They are showing you how to perform it in real life... in the game you just use a medpack. ;)

yea... i DLed it a little while back but i dont really see wats the big deal about it tho. It was okay but nothing compared to, for instance, Call of Duty;)

Yes... but call of duty costs money and not as many people play it.

yea the training is really long and it gets very frustrating because if u land wrong or anything, then the guy will tell u to do it over . Thats one downside about the game in my opinion...

The big thing is that if you get something wrong in training the entire training mission restarts and the load times are very annoying...
On the bright side, I have decided to get a RAM upgrade. ^_^

You only need to complete Basic training to play online and i have done that easily, whats all the fuss???

If you do all the training there are more options. If you complete the parachute training you can do the airbourne missions. I think if you complete the advanced marksmanship and everything else you can join the special forces missions.(i didnt get that far)

i jus played AA again, its still just "okay" to me. The training is boring and useless to me, but i guess it does have a reason to be there. I'd rather play cod1/2 :)
