Is It True That Sony is going to release a 2gb memory chip for the PSP?

I heard that Sony is going to or plans to release a 2gb memory chip for the PSP System. Is it true? If its true how much is it going to cost? A friend of mine told me it would cost nearly 200euro! Quite expensive! If anyone has heard anything I want to know...:rolleyes:

yea, i've heard that they are coming out with a 2 gig one as well...probably AT LEAST 150 US dollars when first released...

I've got 3 x 2gb memory sticks for my PSP. If you have a 1.5 firmware psp it's pretty much essential to have at least one 2gb stick for the 'homebrew' stuff ;). They cost around £75 each ($130).

Yep im getting me a 2 gig as soon as possible. Can also downgrade to 1.5 when i get it too :p
