Yes your right but kinda hard to compare it to the PS3, mostly because that the PS# only has launch titles. The 360 has been in progress for a year or so... I'm neutral about this... But I know that the Wii is just plain stupid.

I have an XBOX and prefer it more than the PS2. I have played on a 360 though and have to say it is better than both. I have never played on a PS3 and am not impressed by the Wii. What i do have to say about the Wii is that it may be the future. It has a long way to go but many game system may evolve into a more advanced version of the Wii. It is more of a concept and the possible way of the future. I do prefer playing with just a controller though i dont like to be moving around or whatever you do with the Wii. I like to sit and relax and just play my games.

I got an X360 about a year ago, and I didn't regret it at all, ever. IMO, it's the best console I ever bought, just the interface and friendlist is pure genius. As for the games, so far it looks great.

I've never played neither the Wii nor the PS3, but I'm intending to buy a Wii eventually, after I buy myself a new computer. The PS3 however just doesn't push my buttons, I had both a PS1 and two PS2's, but the PS3 just doesn't have any game yet, or even on the horizon, that make me want to buy one.


Actually yes there is, LittleBigPlanet looks absolutely fantastic, but its the only one.

I'm not going to bother comparing the older console, I like staying with the new stuff.

Yeah I know, Gears of war ROCKZ! In europe people who queued up for PS3 got a free Bravia 46 inch tv, they were giving out 6 million and sold out in the first 2hr 39 mins :eek:
In england 360 Has sum awesome games but PS3 is causing a rave, yeah its pricey but some people selling em cheap on eBay. I personally got it from Sony but oh well.



By the way, 1.110 people got PS3 from england :) 0.890 ppz got from america about 4 million in japan apparently japan had some cheap ps3 deals goin at the start.

X360 has the best 3 games out: Crackdown, Earth Defense 2017, and Gears of war. Try them out! :D ;)

I try to avoid these threads cos they get quite nasty sometimes, but I think Playstation as a brand, being established with a great reputation and a massive library along with ease of use and ergonomic design is my fave system - believe me I have tried the XBox, GC & Wii all of which either dissapointed or failed to make an impression on me, one or two were even 'anti-user' in their design, monotonous range and bulkiness.
I intend to hold onto my PS2 for years to come (I've had my PSX since it first came out). For me its more about game quality and playability, design and appeal than who has the best graphics or most power and to be honest many of the 'visually stunning' titles out there are nowhere near as innovative or smooth in their gameplay as most current generation titles.
Still, each to his own opinion. You get used to and come to like a personal choice for whatever reason, for my brother in law its the 'got to get the latest regardless of brand'. LOL :D

I'd have to say the PC :) I don't know if you qualify that to be a "system" on here, although I know it's a system and not a console.

I find that because you can upgrade over and over with it, it's always going to be the ultimate system, in terms of specifications. Although it's often that most games that are advertised are either much better when played on a console, or just aren't ever available on PC.

But still, it's my favourite, I guess. The PS2 is a close second for me :)

I think you should really spend some money and invest in it, here are my reasons why:

1. Games-Who doesnt want the pleasure of ps2 games on the road, and great graphics for a handheld.

2. Movies- The psp plays movies, not only are they portable, the graphics are just as good maybe even better than normal tv.

3. Internet- Who doest want to browse the internet without that big computer, with the psp you can do anything on the internet, I posted here on my psp before

4. Storing pics/games/movies-Yes you can store photos and games and movies on your psp if you have enough memory in the memory card, the highest is a 4 gig memory.

I just didn't like the Xbox in total, the control the gameplay etc, not my cup of tea, love playstation though, am a ff fan so thats where my heart lies

The original xbox controlers were way to big for my liking. The system itself and the games were great, they had excellent graphics and the system didnt look bad and it wasnt all that loud. The games on the xbox didnt take ages to load like the ones on the ps2, well some of them.

I grew up with the PS, i think ill always be loyal to them, but i do enjoy xbox, just wont buy one, but i do enjoy some games, like CBFD and Halo etc :D

You look like a big guy, so a big controller is perfect for you.

So all controllers are good in my opinion.
