Anybody playing the demo? I was really surprised how well it turned out and can't wait for the game to come out. Theres finally something other than Halo that has my attention :cool:

I totally agree about this demo. My friend brought it over and was like play this since he didn't have live. We popped it in and it was beautiful. We thought it played and looked so good that it would surely be released that month. We looked online to find its release date in November. We thought that was crazy and that the game would be perfect by then. With a Xbox 360 release also I may wait for that instead of the Xbox version.

yea, this game is pretty fun...i love car bombs :D

too bad they are on EA servers though :( EA servers are craptacular...their menu systems are pretty bad IMO....

the game itself is great though

the one thing I can't stand is the friends list. They should have friends that are currently online at the top; instead of scrolling through all the names to see whos on.

Bump!! anybody else get this game? I wish I could play online with out it crashing every other game and it freezing up :mad: :mad: Hopefully EA will fix their servers. I think the demo was more stable :)

that's the thing about EA...why dont they just let MS and XBL do the servers for them? it would be better for the players and community

well the game no longer freezes, or drops you from matches, but I keep losing my stats and medals :mad: If its not one thing its another :mad:

i also heard that the game overall isnt that good online :-/

i thought this was supposed to be the ultimate online game!! but i played some of the single player and it was pretty fun with the hot switching or whatever it's called :)

online is pretty fun, i haven't played the single player. I know of a lot of people that are switching over to SW battlefront... might have to give it a rent.

meh..i'll probably rent both games just to try them out...i dont expect to be wowed by either, but i might have some fun...i played the other SW BF and i thought it was ok...but taht was with a ps2 though, so i might enjoy it more on xbox

I was relatively impressed by the Demo... but I am setting my sites, as many of people, on Star Wars battlefront 2... I just am really excited to see how their 2nd attempt goes! It is such a great premise for a shooter!

Battlefield demo is amazing and should be a right laugh online. SW battlefront is a vast improvement on last years rather poor attempt. I recommend it mate :)

Yea I can't wait... I was really disappointed by the first battlefront, but there are some gameplay moments that just really shine! I hope that Batttlefront 2 just takes these moments and makes it so you can have great fun through the whhhole game. (And get rid of lag...)

meh..i played Battlefront 2 and i still cant get into it just like i couldnt in BF 1...it's something about the shooting mechanics i guess

I still havn't picked it up yet... but I felt that BF1 was very promising so as long as they made some improvements I will totally give it a try.

Do you like socom swetooth? I found the mechanics between the two games to be very similar.

i liked socom 2, but not socom 3...i think it's just the ps2 version that i didnt like for star wars...and maybe the guns...i dont know...i just didnt have fun while playing them :(

They put too much emphasize on the single player. You cannot even use the STG until you beat the game on Admiral mode for christ's sake! WTF is up with that!

Battlefield is the best on pc.It's fu#k#ng anoying on the consoles.
