Now obviously there was tremendous success as far as the numbers of consoles sold. But lets take into account the launch titles, the constroversy with bugs in the system, and the increasing sentiment that the console really is not "revolutionary" or worthy of being called next-generation.

What do you guys think?

To me, things can still b revolutionary even if it has bugs or glitches, unless it was said to be bug protected or something. Anyways, not to long ago, my friend said that he thinks microsoft put the bugs into the 360 so that ppl will have to buy something else to fix them to make money... sounded a little farfetched to me, but i mean, anything is possible right? i hope thats not true, which i dont think it is true.

just playing the launch titles i can't wait to see what comes out next, I can't wait to see how games will look in a couple of years. I've had no problems or bugs everything works great. The one thing that concerns me is the length of games at only about 10 hours

yea but compare these launch games with launch games of past consoles and you can see that the 360 launch games were by far the best of any console...yes there are many bugs in the systems, but that is expected with launch consoles...

it may not revolutionize the way we play the games, but the cohesiveness of the live service is really nice and the games out for it so far are pretty good overall :)

I don't think the 360's worth buying right now.

i would say that the 360 is a revoloutanary (howevr you spell it) console with its online capabilitys with down loadable arcade games movies and trailers but my friend bought one so all i need is an xbox live membership and its just like having an xbox360 so if your mates got one dont buy one thats what im saying who agrees

Well it isn't worth it for the games.
