Which Final Fantasy game was the best? in your opinion.

for me i would say that FFVII was the best no doubt the music was cool.movie was so cool. so was FFVIII. i cant wait for the remake of FFVII for ps3. ^^

yea the FFVII movie was awesome. The remake for the ps3 is probably one of the reasons i would want the ps3, even tho im getting the 360.

FFVII was the first FF game i ever played and the first i played on a PS. Best frickin' game ever!!!! I've loved all the ones since, even a bit of x-2, lol. So far from what i understand those shots of FFVII for the ps3 were just to show off the system, and there is no real plans for it as of yet.

FFIX is without a doubt the best final fantasy out there...

The storyline and the graphics were a little childish, but I love the open ended feel of the game that still has a well structured feeling to it.

I think ffXII and ffXIII are the greatest the story line and music and just over all game play was so great on them

I think that FFVII was the bset because it had like the best storyline.Some cool music to.The part i liked was that your a mercenary:cool: .And Barret because he has a gun arm:D .

Yea...i think FFII was awesomely SICK...loved it to the death lol...and the movie was awesome....have they made an english version....i only got to see the jap 1 with the subtitles:mad: which was still good....but having to keep reading the subtitles kept killing it. but for gettin ps3 just for FFII seems kinda stupid...im gunna hang on for the 360 (still unreleased in OZ) and get Elderscrolls IV:Oblivion:)

Well... i think FFVII has the best gameplay but FFVIII was alot easier if you knew what you were doing and playing it smart but it also had the best story line. I havent played FFVIIII but i heard it was better. Further more if they are not gonna remake FFVII then that is gonna be a real downer and i dont think they are going to make that mistake... ive heard of FFVIII and FFVIIII being remade but im unclear of that too.:P

The best ?, I think this question has only 1 answer for sure.

I know this is a personal opinion, and i'm sorry if i make some ppl angry with this.

BUT, Final Fantasy VII Is the best finalfantasy ever, the story, is just wonderfull, awesome, incredible, etc, the music Rules, is like you just want to start a battle, to hear the music, or you just want to fight reno and rude, the music is great, I don't know who's the guy who did the storyline, but in my opinion that guy is a genius, he should write tons of books, that would be a lot better than some that we see usually.

Well for those reasons i think is the best game ever, And in my opinion, just my opinion, MOST NOT ALL, JUst most, of the people who thinks that others final fantasy's are betters, is because, they just watch the graphics thingies, , in my opinion graphics, are not needed for a good game, you can play a nintendo game that's a lot better than any Nintendo 64 games, or dreamcast games.
Just watch chronno trigger, Excelent game, and its in super nintendo, is probably the best game in nintendo, best than anyone in dreamcast, and probably best than anyone in playstation except for final fantasy 7 of course ^^.
