Anyone waiting to get a 360?

Anyone still waiting? I still havent even gotten mine yet. Im probably jus going to try to get my deposit money back cuz i dont really want the xbox 360 anymore. It's taking way too long and microsoft didn't give 100% effort on this whole "next-generation" thing. Tho the games and stuff will b good but Sony and the PS3 is a more promising brand. Plus the ps3 is going to b a freakin supercomputer. So yea, im probably going to wait for the ps3 now.

yup...i'm waiting for more details on halo 3...probably won't buy one until close to halo 3 launch...

the only thing i will miss on the ps3 are some of the franchises like twisted metal and metal gear solid...not much else...it may have better graphics, but that's not that important to me when the games for the 360 look this good already...plus the discs for the ps3 will be blueray, which are hard to program for and will probably cost more...60 to 70 bucks...

xbox live is still gonna be better than whatever sony uses for online gaming...i chose sony first last time with the ps2..this time i'm gonna choose Microsoft first...i'm going to wait first though

lol omg, now im thinking of staying with the 360... i dont kno i guess its jus peer pressure... one thing is cuz im gonna have to pay to play online for xbox, so its basically paying for online service 2 times, but all the 360 games will b online so ps3 cant beat that. Like i been sayin, it's all about the value and the supercomputer towards the ps3... and today, when i was jus about to make a final decision on getting the ps3, i jus found out that my 360 that i thought i didnt have yet, is in my parent's closet! i jus really hope it doesnt have any defects.. but come christmas time at night, if i do decide to open it and keep it, ill b expecting to see u all over it chris :P hhahaha. Gotta get another controller too.

right now there is a very small selection of games i want for the system, that and the price is steep. I'll wait for the ps3 to come out, lower in price and pick that up first. later maybe the xbox 360.

it's not like the ps3 is gonna be any cheaper than the 360...it's just your preference ;) let's see what the ps3 launch titles are...plus, you can't judge a system on its launch titles...but if you did, the 360 launch titles are the best of any so far bar none...

Yep... I am still waiting for Halo 3 to come out and for Microsoft to finish working out all of the bugs in the system. ;)

Until Halo 3 comes out... I really just don't see any reason to pick up the console.

Burnout 5 [4 doesn't sound like it's going to be worth paying £40-50 I've got it on the ps2 so why buy it for 360]
Gears of war it looks a lot like Quacke and I loved Quacke and Doom,
Fable on 360 you know it'll happen and it's going to be amazing,
Ninja gaiden 2,
Spiderman 3 if it's anything like 2 then it'll be awsome.

I hate xbox. I got one one when they first came out and sold it eventually cuz i was broke and it sucked. i took the money from and bought a super NES, now thats a game system. I've got the 360 though but i didnt pay for it i won it at everytenminutes.com.........it sucks too

:eek: ok u must be on something. yippe the xbox broke. all gaming systems break and it will forever remain that way. my friend got a brand new out of the box playstation, and the controller and games were all screwed up. i'm getting an xbox 360 and aint nothing going to stop me from doing it. tttfn. ta ta for now
