as the title says, please post details about your PC's config.
ill start -

Intel 82845G motherboard
2.4 GHz Pentium4 processor
ordinary speakers, keyboard and mouse
NO GRAPHICS WHATSOEVER
Samsung Samtron 55V 15" monitor (dumb one that, can only display upto 1024x768 resolution)
40GB HDD
512MB RAM
Samsung 52x CD-ROM drive

that about sums it up. my PC is pretty obsolete.

by the way, here's the config i hope to get in my new PC, but it all depends on whether or not my parents agree to it, hehhehheh.

i thought i might as well buy a high end one. (tho im not sure as to whether or not my Dad's gonna agree to it, coz its a bit too pricey....hehhehheh)

17" or 19" flat monitor
DVD-combo drive
80GB HDD (SATA)
1GB DDR2 RAM
2.1 or 5.1 surround speakers
nVidia graphics cards (2 x 256mb)
Intel 945 motherboard
3.06GHz processor (a Pentium 4, as the Xtreme Edition is a bit too hi-priced, and im goin' way over the budget as it is)
wireless multimedia keyboard
wireless optical mouse

all-in-all, i think it should cost....well, <$1350, and thats quite a lot, about Rupees 60,000.

no wonder its a bit pricey, it all just seems a dream. ;)

Jesus! D-Shock's PC rocks people , he can even outstand me! At least we prefer the same products! Muscle PC's rock! Hey D-Shock have you heard about the new THERMALTAKE's DDR2 cooling cases? They say they can give you even 50% more speed! No comment what will happen if we bought something like that . They are costly though I think they are priced 50-60euro and you must have water cooling system to connect them, THERMALTAKE RULES!

Thanks bro, is the Case the Tai Chi if it is it doesn't look to flash for a LAN PC, anway DDR2 will be availble of the new AMD Socket coming out in April called "AM2", so I won't be upgrading my PC for a year or two and the new GeForce 7900 will be released in March.
By then the DDR2 cooling chassis will be lookin' sexay;)
