Okay so I would have to go to the AOE series. I think that is the best game that I have played. The others I only played a couple of times and then stopped. My next pick would have to be Civilization series that is also a good one but I don't play it as much.

i have played only AOE so far so i think i don't have another choice,, but the game simply rocked!
(hey Mod i think there's some problem with the "quick reply" thing as its not activating, just thought of letting ya know to fix it)

I definately think Rome:TW is the best strategy game out there, as is the whole TW series.(In my opinion) Im not a big fan of the campaign but the online play is awesome, despite the lag.

I think this thread was posted before company of heroes was released. The rts i enjoyed most was empire earth,because i could make my own maps and could use any era or age,like cavemen right through world war 2 era and on to the space age.

i think warhammer is still a top notch rts game it still has alot lot to give from the series

I think the games you listed are trash soo. I had to say something else and that something else is Tactis arena online.

How do you get to Tactis Arena Online?

1. Go to addictinggames.com
2. Go to strategy games and go to tactis arena online then a popup will pop up.
3. Scroll down alittle bit and you will see in bold letters "Launch Game"
4. Click that
5. Make a new account on any server you'd like
6. Then play away.

I voted for Rome but i think that has now been pipped at the post by Medieval 2. I have

yet to play Supreme Commander but I need to upgrade first. Can't wait though. The other

game I am eagerly awaiting is Making History.

R:TW and AoE.
RTW because of its mass battles. Oh yeah... nothing better than 1000 warriors
killing each other just to entertain you...:D :D :D
And AoE... I don't know. Maybe because it's the first RTS I played...;)

I think the Command and Conquer series are the best bunch of strategy games. :)
