Hi this is my first post and i have ordered supreme commander which should arrive tommorow and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what to look out for and what it is like playing.

Dont know what you mean but it sucked! I could not play it because i did not have the vista! Now i am stuck with it! I also cannot send it back because it was taken out of the packaging, where could i sell it and get my money back for it???

What shall i do?

it can be made to work with XP, me m8 surfed the net and found out how i will ask him wen i c him next then let you knw

Just found some specs for it of the net


System Requirements:

Supreme commander's pretty awsume you can zoom out of the battlefield and into space. The games alot like total annihilation, it should be though because it's made by the same mo'fos.

Thanks and i already know the requirements i do not have vista. The supplier did not have the requirements on their site so i did not know.

I'm sure you can play it on Xp too, is not a "vista only" game

i fort it wernt a vista only game lol but ya can always sell it and go for command and conquer 3 lol

It should work, and besides even if it was vista only people would have hacked it for XP by now, just look at Halo 2 and shadowrun

On the back it says windows service pack 2 vista.

Therefore you need vista.
My friend had the same problem.

It means Xp service pack 2 OR vista. Vista hasnt even got a service pack 1 out yet. Supcom doesnt need vista, playing it on vista simply allows DX10 support.
