The halo trilogy started off with Halo: Combat Evolved. In the first halo we were attacked by the covenant while on the ship called the autumn. We got caught in a war with the covenant on halo. At the end of halo, we destroyed that halo. In halo 2 the covenant gained a foothold on earth and with the help of master cheif we stopped them. In halo 3 the covenant are back on earth seeking something in Africa. We end up stopping them and the flood and save our galaxy from destruction.

Halo 3's graphics are not what was expected. They were boasting how the graphics would be the best of graphics on any game of all time, but that is not the case. Aside from more detail which you would expect from Halo 3 being on the Xbox 360, there is not much of a difference from the graphics from Halo 2.

Halo 3's gameplay is excellent. The campaign is way better than anyone expected it to be because everyone though the main emphasis would be on Halo 3's Xbox live. One of the greatest features is the return of the assault rifle from the first of the halo games. One of the few things I missed from the campaign in Halo 2 is battling elites, we don't battle them in halo 3 because were allied with them. Halo 3's online is superb. It is extremely organized and has many new featues. Some of the best are the veto for games that are not liked, experence penalities for those who quit. One of the features I dislike is how easy it is to get a kill be the "Shoot and Wack".

My personal opinion is this is an overall great game. The online mulitplayer is great and the campaign is surprisingly very fun. Besides from the dissapoitment is graphics this game is very good.

As I said they said it would have the best graphics ever and there is not much of a difference from halo 2's graphics.

Halo 3 is fun, and as for the graphics, I'm sort of glad they didn't push the 360 to its limits, because even though it isn't the best looking game, the scale of some of the battles are freeking huge!

The gameplay on xbox live is absolutely amazing, as for campaign, it isn't that bad either.

I just finished Halo 1 and 2, on the weekend, and i must say H1 is very short, but its great fun, and both left me wanting more, so ill have to play 3 sometime.

dont waist your time Halo 3 equals fail the story is horrible i mean worst story i have ever heard and ive played ET the game. Dont waist your time stay with halo 2.

Halo 3's only fun, in my opinion, if you're playing with friends, even the campaign, it's pretty boring unless you play it on co-op, you can mess about, and theres a lot of amazing funny stuff that goes on with halo (e.g. launching a warthog up a the man cannon on Valhalla and splattering a banshee user and have the remains of the banshee hit another player and it comes up as a betrayal for them meanwhile you get lasered and that guy gets a triple kill.)

Not to compare Halo with CoD4 but I would be able to play CoD4 all by my self, or just repeat the single player which is fun. But Halo still is really fun.

nice reviewing but this game was a HUGE dissapointment to me. The online just isn't the same as Halo 2 which was SO much fun and I loved every minute of it. There was so little levels on single player as well. 1/10 to me. Sold it the same week I got it.
