part one
A-attack-the game ai and humans are smart and if you play defnse in early game and they play heavy offense, youve basically lost youll be holding them back for all the game as they capture more citites and factories and will have more resouces and units and WILL push you back
D-defend-defend ALL of your territory whether it be an island or just some space letting the enmy advance is always a bad idea unless you have a serious well planned trap waiting, everywhere has its tactical relevance and a smart enemy can make you regret giving it up.
V-vigilance- watch closely and remember expesically on fog of war when recon is scarce when you know very little about enemy troops and locations get together everything you do you and do ur best to put 2 and 2 together.
A-annoy- on a small scale sending a stealth fighter to attack an infatry unit that has little tactical relevance is a good idea(if the stealth figther has nothing else to do) as the it may later have a major role in an important fight.
putting battleships in spots to intercept a random lander or black boat bothers them because EVERYTHING your enemy has somehow fits into a master plan.
N.nulify- when invading take a look at what gives them to advantage, if any indirect units cover the beaches where you will land then send some tanks via t copter to knock it out or use a battleship or a stealth fighter or a bomber, just anything to cut down the enemies tactical advantages, the same applies for defense, also something like a mega tanks on the frontlines could be the basis on an advance on your territory...destroy it use rocket batteris or anything that wil do damage and allow you to get out safley.
C.careful- everything is not always as it seems even when you put 2 and 2 together like i said you cant ALWAYS be 100% sure so always have units aside from the units in your main plan ready to enfore a last minute plan b(keep transport units along with your plan b units to increase mobility.
E.-extra, its a good idea to bring along a few extra units for an operation than you think you need anything could happen and the enemy might have more than you thought, if your recon teqniques arent that good then this is for you, also placing these extra units "ready to flank" position could give you the advantage if all does go to heck.
part 2 is W.A.R.S which i will post soon.
