what type of movie codec r u trying to convert it to mp4?
I just recently downloaded PSP Video 9 after hearing how easy it is to use. I'm not sure what's going on here but when i select a file to transcode it progresses through starting job, generating thumbnails, complete in a matter of seconds. it doesn't generate any thumbnails and obviously fails to convert the file without giving any sort of error. I'm using ver. 1.74. any and all help is appreciated.

yep, mp4 and neither the avc or sp type work
