So I just bought Super Mario Bros. for Wii. The game is great but I have to ask, when you get the game over sign, because you have lost all your lives and it takes you right back to the beginning, how do you stop it? Or can't you? Is there a point where it takes you back to a certain level and not the very beginning?

Yea the castle's act as check points if i remember right. though its been a while since i played!
If you have two Wii remotes, and you have 1 life, activate the second wiimote, then add another player using that. Then, when the player with 1 life dies, you still have the other guy to carry on with. Then, he'll have four lives, if you died during the level. Then the main character will have 5 again. Simples.
