Thread: Help?

    Help?

Alright, here's the lowdown. I myself am a MAJOR console gamer, infact of all of the PCs I've ever owned over the years, the only real PC game I've ever played is Guild Wars. And I barely even played that on the count of my eMachine's power core finally giving out on me. To get to the point, I'm willing to make that crossover into the PC gaming world, only I dont know which piece of equipment would be right for me. So, how 'bout it? Any of you major PC gaming vets got any referances for me? I'm willing to spend a decent amount of cash, anything under two grand.

BTW -- Upon reading the October issue of Game Informer, I came across a PC that is well within my price range. The Vector GX Campus Edition -- starting at $899.00. Here are the specs:

-Core 2 Duo processor E6300, dual 1.86GHz cores
    -1,024 MB Corsair RAM
    -NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS
    -250 GB 7,200 rpm HDD

If you need more information, PM me.
