can someone tell me how to install the eboot launcher for 2.0? i've tried putting all of it into the root file as instructed, and also placing each file manually, nothing has worked. i really need some noob level step-by-step instructions.

Yes you can, although it falls a long way short of 1.0/1.5 when regarding speed and compatibility.

I would say downgrade to 1.5 mate, much easier to work with
if the play quality is good (which, according to pagnell, it isn't) this would be a much simpler solotion than downgrading/upgrading repeatedly- which i would have to do seeing as i have 3 v2.00 games.
