What do you guys think about a prequel to FFX?
Naah, to be honest I am kind of tired of SquareEnix is milking the Final Fantasy series. I mean just look at Final Fantasy VII, it's getting tiresome. Final Fantasy 7: Dirge of Cerberus (PS2), Before Crisis (Mobile), Crisis Core (PSP), Advent Children (Movie). What will be next? The birth of Cloud? "Fight with Cloud and friends when they are 2 years old!!!".
Of course I understand them, they want to make money. And Final Fantasy VII is a game that they can make money off. Though I believe they would make even more money if they just continued to make new and improved Final Fantasy games >.< (Which they do, but for multiple platforms so it gets almost impossible to catch up to everything).
Anyways, sorry, I am starting to rant about a totally different thing
My opinion is "No I would not think it would be very cool, I did not really like Final Fantasy X very much... but I would totally have to buy the game if it would be released"
I have mixed feelings about X and X-2. When it comes to X, I really liked the game and I played it twice threw. But X-2 I liked the first half and when the turning point of the game it slowed down. I will most likely buy X-2 soon before it disappears. About X-0 (I made this up) I would hope that it fill in some things but I don't know how they could do a story since it has already been done in X. I would let my friends buy it first and find out from them.
X-2 is basically just a contiunation of X, just cause people enjoyed X, but they made X-2 with a more of a mini-game agenda. Its fun but way to easy to finish, but its great to see the old cast with 2 years passing.
I loved FF X, but FF X-2 was just a joke to me.

I enjoyed the care-free enviroment you get from the beginning, its just minigames really, but the battle mode is great
