Cheapest place I can get ANOTHER PSP!?!

I've had 2 crap out on me since christmas, so I don't even know why I'm considering getting another one, I guess it's really my fault my PSPs keep crapping out, not Sony's, because I keep taking them apart. I guess I'll just have to K-O myself if I ever think about opening another one. But still, I bet most people agree that they could make it a lot less breakable. I was wondering what the possibility of getting a PSP with 1.5 anymore is. I know it's probobly 0%-1% but I just wanted to ask. Anyways, now to get onto the questions.

1. Any news on when the white PSP is to be released to the US?

2. Should I get a black or white one?

3. Are there any upgrades on the White one?

4. If I got one from Lik-Sang, would I have any problems updating, playing games, or watching movies in the US?

I've had mine forever. I've dropped it a couple times (once when I was riding my bike at full speed and it slipped out of my sweatshirt onto the pavement, which only chipped the faceplate!!)

It's definately not Sony's fault, like you said. I'm with you though on the part about dremmeling the screws...lol, some things I just can't help taking apart and exploring (thankfully not my PSP, though :wink: )

I can't really help you out with where to buy one, I just wouldn't recommend e-Bay :wink:

yeah i'd say ebay. Just make sure they have good reviews and junk. Or got to your local gameing place like game stop or ebay games and get a used one they are going cheaper now since the core package came out.

Used system at game stop are going for 180$. And if anything buying it used will give you the changes of getitng 2.0 or lower

okay, I think I'm going to stick it on the auction for about $200 and than if it goes above that get a game 2, but I'm at least getting a core pack, I already got a 2 gig mem stick, so I don't need another mem stick, so that's why I think I'll be getting the core, if the value pack's not too much more I might get that 4 the accesories.

I'd say a black one would be best since white ones aren't as popular.

I found a place where I'm going to get mine, it's Tech For Less. They have v. 1.5 and they're refurbished, so they still have the warranty, hopefully I won't have to use it though :lol: , and they're only $178. So I think I'm getting both a 1.5 for 1.5 stuff, and a updated for the other stuff on my b-day. Unless they have a flash browser, do they? because that's only thing that I would really like to do, that I couldn't on 1.5.

How did u break both of ur psp's by opening them? Did u take out the LCD or what?
